SHIPPING & RETURNS

Terms and conditions

SHIPPING

Your order will be dispatched within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. Once your parcel has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Orders within Norway are shipped with Bring/Posten, while orders outside Norway are shipped with Bring International and their local delivery partners.

Norway
  • All orders within Norway are shipped with Bring/Posten.
  • Standard delivery normally takes 2–10 business days.
  • Shipping cost: NOK 149.

Nordic Countries
  • All orders within the Nordic countries are shipped with Bring/Posten and their local delivery partners.
  • Standard delivery normally takes 2–10 business days.
  • Shipping cost: EUR 15.

Europe
  • All orders delivered within Europe are shipped with Bring International and their local delivery partners.
  • Standard delivery normally takes 7–14 business days.
  • Shipping cost: EUR 35.

PAYMENT

Shopping in our online store is easy, and you can choose from several payment options at checkout.

If you prefer to collect your items in store, you can pay for your order at checkout and select “Click & Collect.”

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

For international orders and deliveries outside Norway, customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply in accordance with local regulations. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

We recommend that you contact your local customs authorities for information about any applicable charges before placing an order.

Important:
• International shipments may be subject to customs clearance.
• Delivery may be delayed pending customs processing.
• The recipient is responsible for any additional charges.

Pricing:
• For goods delivered within Norway: All prices include VAT.
• For goods delivered outside Norway: All prices exclude VAT.

RETURNS

We hope you are happy with your order from St. Jaume. If something is not as expected, items may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Once the return has been received and approved, your refund will be processed within 15 business days to the original payment method. Please note that undertops cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Please contact hello@stjaume.com  before returning any item. St. Jaume does not cover return or exchange shipping costs.

To return an item, please follow these steps:
  1. Email hello@stjaume.com with your order number and the reason for return.
  2. Pack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached, and label the parcel with the return number (provided by support).
  3. Send the item back or deliver it to our warehouse — if shipped, please provide the tracking number.

EXCHANGE

We accept exchanges; however, St. Jaume does not cover the shipping costs for exchanges.

Purchased items cannot be exchanged for a different size or colour. All exchanges are handled as returns in accordance with the return policy above. To receive a different item, size, or colour, you must place a new order, which will be shipped separately while your return and refund are being processed.

COMPLAINTS

All items are carefully inspected before dispatch. If you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@stjaume.com
. We will resolve the matter as quickly as possible, either by issuing a refund or sending a replacement item.

Right of withdrawal
The Right of Withdrawal Act applies to consumer purchases. If you wish to cancel your purchase, you must notify us of your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the item, or preferably as soon as possible.

The right of withdrawal is subject to the item being unused and returned in its original packaging. You are responsible for returning the item safely and for covering any return shipping costs. Items returned without their original packaging cannot be accepted.

Once we have received the item, we will process your refund. The return address can be found under “Returns & Exchanges.”

You will receive an email confirmation once your returned item has been received. When the return is approved, the refund will be processed within a specified number of days.
