Once the return has been received and approved, the refund will be processed within 15 business days to the original payment method. Please note that undertops cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

To return an item, please follow these steps:

Pack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached, and label the parcel with the return number (provided by support).
Send the item back or deliver it to our warehouse — if shipped, please provide the tracking number.
